²⁴ They left and went up into the hill country and reached the Valley of Eshcol which they explored. ²⁵ They gathered some of the fruit of the land and brought it down to us, reporting, “The land that the Lord, our God, has given us is good.”

²⁶ The People Rebel. But you were unwilling to go up. You defied the command of the Lord, your God.
